Delivery and Returns

Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse Monday to Friday. Standard Delivery orders will be delivered by Royal Mail to UK addresses. Standard Delivery orders will be delivered by your local carrier to international addresses. Express Delivery orders will be delivered by Parcelforce and will be given a tracking number. A signature will be required on delivery and if for any reason an item cannot be delivered, a card will be left at the delivery address and the package will be returned to the local depot for collection or re-delivery. Any items not collected within three weeks will be returned to us, and you may be liable for re-delivery charges.

Royal Collection Trust Shop offers free returns on all UK deliveries. We do not accept returned items at our shops. Items must be returned with the sales invoice within 28 days of the purchase date. We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the local carrier until you have received credit for your return.
