Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse Monday to Friday.

Standard Delivery: Orders will be delivered by Royal Mail to UK addresses, and by a local carrier to international addresses. Weight and value restrictions do apply.

Express Delivery: Orders will be delivered by Parcelforce and will be assigned a tracking number. A signature will be required on delivery and if for any reason an item cannot be delivered, a card will be left at the delivery address and the package will be returned to the local depot for collection or re-delivery. Any items not collected will be returned to us, and you may be liable for re-delivery charges.

Royal Collection Trust Shop offers free returns on all UK deliveries, for more details please contact Customer Service on (44) 0845 330 2898 or by email [email protected]. We do not accept returned items at our shops. Items must be returned with the sales invoice within 28 days of the purchase date. Regretfully, we are unable to offer to exchange items. Due to hygiene reasons, pierced earrings and face coverings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

In the unlikely event of non-delivery of your order, we must be notified within 28 days of the purchase date.

We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the local carrier until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. All returns should be sent to:
