Delivery and Returns
Royal Collection Enterprises Limited is a UK limited company (registration number 02778486 and VAT registration number GB 597 4495 73) whose registered address is Stable Yard House, St. James's Palace, London SW1A 1JR. We endeavour to deliver to all countries throughout the world.
Our Express Delivery service uses Parcelforce and allows you to track your parcel at www.parcelforce.com using the reference number you will receive after your parcel has been shipped by us. Our Standard Delivery uses Royal Mail within the United Kingdom and then the local carrier of the destination country and is not trackable. For delivery times, please see below.
Please note that Royal Collection Enterprises Limited cannot be held responsible for any local import duties or taxes that may be charged at the point of entry. Any such duties or taxes must be paid by the customer to the Customs & Excise authority of the relevant country or countries before the goods are released for delivery.

Delivery to the UK
We offer two delivery options for the UK, including Northern Ireland:
- Express Delivery: 3 working days after placing the order
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 working days after placing the order
Delivery to Europe
We offer two delivery options for Europe:
- Express Delivery: 5-7 working days after placing the order
- Standard Delivery: 7-10 working days after placing the order
Delivery to the rest of the world
We offer two delivery options to the rest of the world:
- Express Delivery: 7-10 working days after placing the order
- Standard Delivery: 14-21 working days after placing the order

Delivery Arrangements
Items are dispatched from Monday to Friday and delivered within the working hours of the destination country.
All parcels are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce and may require a signature on delivery. If for any reason an item cannot be delivered, a card will be left at the delivery address and the package will be returned to the local depot for collection or redelivery. Any items not collected within three weeks will be returned to us, and you may be liable for delivery charges.
We appreciate that you may not always be at home to receive a package and therefore offer the choice of delivery to an address other than your registered payment-card address. (Please see the Delivery Address option when processing your order at the payment stage).
Once your order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Please note that all delivery times are subject to product availability and credit card authorisation.
We strive to process and dispatch all Express Delivery orders within one to two working days and Standard Delivery orders within three to five working days. During periods of high demand, such as a major Royal event, delays can occur. Please be assured that we will dispatch your items as soon possible and will notify you of a significant delay.
Please also note that in the unlikely event of strike action by Royal Mail we cannot be held responsible for delays to your delivery. We will do our best to send goods by other means where possible.
Deliveries to multiple addresses
If you would like items sent to more than one address, please complete a separate order for each address. Please note that a delivery charge will be made for each address.
Returns

We are happy to issue a refund for unused and unmarked goods in their original packaging. All items must be returned with the sales invoice within 28 days of the purchase date
We will offer a full refund if the goods that we supplied to you are found to be defective in any way.
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items. Please return your original item for a refund and submit a new order.
All items must be returned to the address below. We do not accept returned items at our shops.

Please remember that the returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a delivery service that offers insurance cover. Return postage will be at your own cost, unless the item is faulty.
