Windrush: Portraits of a Pioneering Generation is an illuminating book that tells the fascinating stories of ten individuals who arrived in Britain on HMT Windrush in 1948 to start a new life. The exhibition will be on display at the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh from 22 June 2023 until mid-September, before moving to the National Portrait Gallery in London for approximately six months starting in October.
