We do not accept returned items at our shops. Items must be returned with the sales invoice within 28 days of the purchase date. Regretfully, we are unable to offer to exchange items. Due to hygiene reasons, pierced earrings and face coverings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the local carrier until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. All returns should be sent to:
