Inspired by the sumptuous silk wallpapers and decorative panels of the Yellow Drawing Room and the Centre Room in the East Wing of Buckingham Palace, the design depicts a scene from the original hand-painted wallpaper set on a contemporary pink velvet background with teal blue fringing. The reverse of the cushion is teal blue velvet.
