  • WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
  • We deliver to all countries across the world.
    Please note our charges cover the cost of delivery only and all other import duties and/or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
    Unfortunately we are unable to ship any products containing alcohol and aerosols, including but not limited to, wine and spirits, perfume, room sprays and diffusers to addresses outside mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

  • CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
  • Standard Delivery orders will be delivered by Royal Mail - This is not a tracked service.
    Express Delivery orders will be delivered by Parcelforce - This is a tracked service. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you with a tracking number and you can track your order online, directly with our courier.
  • CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
  • Once payment has been processed orders cannot be stopped. In order to cancel your order you will be required to return your parcel within 28 days. For more information visit our returns page.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
  • Unfortunately this is not possible once the order has been placed.
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
  • Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse Monday to Friday. For more information on delivery times, please visit our delivery page.
