Competition Terms and Conditions

To enter, reply to Buckingham Palace Shop and The Royal Windsor Horse Show to our "Competition time!” Instagram post and complete the entry requirements listed in the social media post (Follow Follow @royalwindsorhorseshow and @buckinghampalaceshop, comment on the post and tag a friend).
Employees of Royal Collection Trust or the Royal Household and their immediate family are not eligible to enter.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. The promoter reserves the right to reject entries that are offensive or not submitted by a human.
There will be one prize, two tickets to the Saturday (17 May 2025) or Sunday (18 May 2025) of your choice to The Royal Windsor Horse Show.
The prize is as described, and is non-transferable. No cash or other alternative is available.
One (1) winner, two (2) tickets, will be picked at random from all valid entries before 23:59 (GMT) on 9 May 2025.
The winners will be tagged in a @BuckinghamPalaceShop post on Instagram and asked to contact us via direct message to arrange the details of their prize.
If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim their prize within 48 hours sending of notification, Buckingham Palace Shop reserves the right to reallocate the prize by drawing a replacement winner from the remaining entries for the respective Prize Draw Post.
The winner is responsible for covering any travel or accommodation costs associated with the winner claiming this prize.
Entrants must be over 18 years old.
No entries on behalf of third parties will be accepted and one participant may only win one pair of tickets.
The winner will receive two free tickets to a date of their choice, either Saturday 17 or Sunday 18 May 2025. The prize is valid only for the 2025 Royal Windsor Horse Show.
The winner's name may also be published on Buckingham Palace Shop’s social media profiles, subject to the winner objecting to such publication to safeguard their right to privacy.
The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: [email protected].
Winners who attend The Royal Windsor Horse Show must adhere to the terms of admission as outlined on The Royal Windsor Horse Show website.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
