Presented in a hand made gift box with a numbered certificate.
This pair of Limited Edition Teacups and Saucers decorated with scrolls, pearls and a garland of flowers on which a parrot perches, are inspired by a French cup known as a ‘goblet litron’ made in 1780 by the Sevres porcelain factory. Often given individually as presents they were considered the perfect rich man’s gift. The original piece, almost certainly purchased by George IV, is displayed in Buckingham Palace.
This colourful teacup and saucer set with hand made presentation box makes a wonderful gift.
Hand made in Staffordshire, England using the same traditional methods which have remained unchanged for 250 years, each piece is hand finished using 22 carat burnished gold.
