Lemon, verbena, hawthorn berries and mulberry leaves are among the 12 botanicals hand-picked for the gin in the Gardens at Buckingham Palace, which span 16 hectares and provide a habitat for 30 species of bird and over 250 species of wild flower.

For the perfect refreshing drink, the recommended serving method is to pour a measure of the gin into an ice-filled short tumbler before topping up with tonic and garnishing with a slice of lemon.

Bottled in Scotland, this luxury 12 year old single malt Scotch Whisky has been matured in oak barrels to add distinct flavour found in the wood. An award winning world class wine, produced at the renowned Tokaji vineyards in Hungary. Tokaji is a dessert wine with an astonishing ability to match both really sweet foods such as chocolate and also quite sharp puddings like rhubarb. Sweetness and high natural acidity combine to produce an extremely well balance wine. This mixed vintage dessert wine has a rich aroma of dried fruits, Muscat raisins, apricots, honey and nuts, all carried through onto the palate. Aszu describes the botrytized, hand picked dried grapes, and Puttonyos refers to the proportion of these, on a scale of three to six, used to produce the wine.
