To commemorate the remarkable life and legacy of His Royal Highness, Duke of Edinburgh, Britain's longest-serving consort, Windsor Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse will host special displays. The displays will explore The Prince's early life, naval career, his role as consort and his support for the sovereign at home and abroad.
To coincide with this special exhibition, Royal Collection Trust have introduced a magnificent collection inspired by His Royal Highness's wide-ranging patronages, associations and interests.
This magnificent pair of traditional glass whisky tumblers are skilfully engraved with the pursuits and passions of The Duke of Edinburgh, including cricket and carriage driving. The central element of each glass is The Duke of Edinburgh's personal Cypher and Coronet, which also features in gold on the blue presentation gift box.
Each glass is 8.7 x 9.2 cm.
