Queen Elizabeth II Centenary Green Side Plate
- Product Code:
- 104894
Description
In celebration of the centenary of Queen Elizabeth II’s birth and the exhibition, Queen Elizabeth II: Her Life in Style, Royal Collection Trust has commissioned this exclusive collection of fine bone chinaware.
The centrepiece of the design is the ‘EIIR’ cypher that featured on Her late Majesty’s Robe of Estate worn at the Coronation, encircled by a golden starburst formed of 96 rays, celebrating joy and life. Pearl and wheatsheaf motifs reflect the intricate details seen on the late Queen’s wedding dress and other elegant gowns worn for state occasions.
English fine bone china is renowned for its exceptional clarity, fineness, and durability. Each leaf green side plate has been handcrafted in Stoke-on-Trent using traditional techniques that have remained unchanged for over 250 years before being meticulously finished with 22-carat gold.
17cm diameter.
Made in the United Kingdom.
