As of 1 July 2026, certain parcels sent to the European Union (EU) with an intrinsic value of €150 or less are subject to a compulsory customs levy of €3 per item code. These charges are set by EU customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient before your order can be cleared and delivered. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot advise on the exact amount beyond this levy.
To continue serving our EU customers, we ship EU orders with DHL owing to their ability to collect any customs charges directly from you. Once your shipment arrives in the destination country, you will receive correspondence from DHL detailing the charges owed and how payment should be made. These must be paid in full before DHL can deliver your parcel.
This customs levy is applied per item code rather than per parcel, meaning orders containing products with different classifications may incur multiple €3 charges. Where multiple items share the same item code, a single €3 charge may apply. Please note, this levy is separate from any applicable VAT or other import charges that may still apply. If you are unsure of the charges or regulations that may apply to your order, please contact your local customs office for further guidance.
For further information regarding the EU's temporary flat fee on low-value imports, please review the official European Commission guidance: Read the guidance here.
