The design of this set is taken directly from a Worcester Chinoiserie plate in the Royal Collection. The original was made for George IV (1762-1830) when he was Prince of Wales, and shows his coat of arms in the centre. The Chinoiserie design is in the taste of Brighton Pavilion, George IV’s elaborate seaside retreat.
Hand made in Staffordshire, England usingthe same traditional methods which have remained unchanged for 250 years, each piece is hand finished using 22 carat burnished gold.
Set contains one coffee pot and two coffee cups and saucers.
